    Founder

    Gary Bridgeman (RYT 200, 65 Yin) is a co-owner of Brussels Yoga Loft, transformational change coach, Yoga teacher, and Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator.

    An avid autodidact, he has completed several training programmes in psychology, counselling, mindfulness, and spiritual philosophy.

    He has an in-depth knowledge of human behaviour and the mechanisms of behaviour change.

    And a whole life experience gained through service as an aircraft engineer in the British military and international project management.

    He is passionate about bringing his experience and skills to the next generation of leaders and thinkers to enable them to achieve their highest potential.

    Yoga Teacher

    Anthony believes we genuinely reap the benefits of it once we step into our daily life.

    His yoga practice enabled him to understand what it meant to him to live a fulfilled life and gave him the courage to pursue it.

    Leaving his desk job in the EU sphere, he embarked on a year-long Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT200) in Barcelona under the supervision of Lucas Rockwood, himself a student of Pattabhi Jois, the father of Ashtanga yoga.

    He also studied applied anatomy, the ethics of yoga and mindfulness, meditation, and positive psychology. Since he started teaching in 2019, Anthony has made it his life mission to help you upgrade your body, mind, and soul to live your best life for your good and that of others.

    Meet Simon, a warm and engaging meditation teacher who spent seven transformative years living and studying in an Ashram.

    He learned various practices centred around the robust process of Self-Inquiry, which develops mindfulness, compassion, loving-kindness and insight and helps us connect with our true selves.

    Beyond his extensive education and experience in the Ashram, Simon is an organisational psychologist, psychotherapist, and wellness coach who helps people find more peace, joy and balance.

    With over 15 years of meditation practice and teaching experience, Simon's teaching style is warm, friendly and supportive.

    Irene’s primary focus is helping people with stress, burnout, insomnia, and emotional overwhelm.

    Working in complementary health for the past 20 years, Irene has developed a unique combination of systemic coaching and constellations, healing touch through shiatsu, tapping (EFT) and holistic healing with Traditional Chinese Medicine.

    Irene’s career started in the field of international human rights protection. After studying International Relations and human rights law, she began her career working in the global NGO sector.

    A burnout pushed her to ask more profound questions about her life's direction and how she could heal.

    Next to her healing practice, Irene is a much sought-after speaker and workshop facilitator- she has given countless workshops and conferences on holistic health and was repeatedly invited to give presentations
